Techno-kids

These sessions offer a fantastic opportunity for juniors aged 11-15 years to come and use the Isospa Fitness Suite at Brackley Leisure Centre.

This fully supervised session promotes the benefits of exercise to young people by taking them through a full cardiovascular workout, ensuring they learn the correct and safe techniques and that they enjoy their fitness lifestyle.

Booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.
