Aqua-Fit A great supported aerobic workout which is suitable for all levels comfortable in the water. To improve fitness, increase thigh and buttock muscle tone using the resistance of the water.
Body Pump Utilising a barbell & inter-changeable weights, Body Pump combines high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning to give the ultimate toning class. Working through all the major muscles in the body concentrating on strength & endurance to tone & condition and therefore help you to lose weight & change your body shape. Be warned...BODYPUMP WILL CHANGE THE SHAPE OF YOUR BODY!!!
Body Balance Body Balance is a dynamic yoga – based stretch programme, It combines the fundamental principles and practices of Yoga and Pilates, such as controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength training to create a realistic workout that brings the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.
Aerobics A cardiovascular workout, suitable for all levels, followed by a toning floor section. A combination of step patterns for you to perform at your own pace, with alternative high and low impact moves - your choice.
Step A variable intensity workout exploring step choreography & movement patterns to improve cardiovascular fitness, aid burning off those extra calories & tone the lower body.
Salsa-Fit A great alternative to your usual fitness class. An enjoyable way of developing fun Latin moves. Each class is based around a routine, so that at the end of the class – what you have done is danced. You will leave the class feeling invigorated.
Pilates Pilates (pronounced pil-ah-tayes) is a mat based multi muscle exercise technique, which helps correct postural alignment and strengthen core stomach and back muscles. Performed using controlled breathing to promote well-being, flexibility, stress relief and relaxation.
Legs, Bums, and Tums A low impact workout concentrating on the mid to lower body muscles, that will tone and tighten all those important areas. Studio equipment may be used to increase the intensity of the class.
Boxercise A class with a Boxing theme utilizing boxing moves & fitness training concepts to give a variety & balance to your exercise regime.
Weight Management A variable whole body workout designed to strengthen & tone the major muscles using a variety of studio equipment, incorporating abdominal & floor based conditioning work.
Studio Cycling Enjoy the ultimate in cardiovascular exercise, one of the highest fat burning classes you can do. Suitable for all levels from a beginner to the most advanced of riders. You set the resistance on your bike and you decide how hard you want to work.
